Welcome
A journey of learning, awareness and personal growth.
We bring together people of different ages and backgrounds who share an interest in self-cultivation, traditional Chinese cultural knowledge and lifelong learning. Our activities are educational in nature — inviting reflection, curiosity and respectful dialogue.
Through seminars, workshops, family learning and cultural exchange, we aim to make traditional knowledge accessible in a modern, European, community setting.

YiXue life cultivation is an educational approach rooted in traditional Chinese cultural knowledge. It explores relaxation, awareness, mindful movement and reflection as part of personal development and lifelong learning.
Is this a medical or therapeutic service?+
No. Our activities are educational and cultural. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Do I need previous experience?+
No previous experience is needed. Our activities are designed to be welcoming to beginners, families and people of all backgrounds.

Yes. Yi Xue Life Cultivation Malta Association is a registered voluntary organization in Malta under registration number VO/0626.
